Our Office Hours
Our office hours are 8:30 A.M. through 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. During business hours you may reach us by phone at 813.643.4900.
If it is outside of business hours, or you would prefer to contact us by e-mail, please complete the Contact Request form at the bottom. We attempt to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
Visiting Our Office
Our office is located in the Plaza Bella commercial center, which wraps around the CVS Pharmacy on the northeast corner of Bloomingdale Avenue and Bell Shoals Road. There are entrances on both Bloomingdale Avenue, by Citizens Bank & Trust, and Bell Shoals Road, by The Peacock’s Plume child care.
We are located in the two-story building anchored by The Green Boutique, in the northeast corner of the second floor above Sweetie’s Delights bakery. There is a stairwell from the parking lot on the north side of the building, and an elevator on the south side in front of Mathnasium, providing convenient access to our office.
