Title Insurance and Real Estate Closings

We offer title insurance through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. As members of The Fund, our principal attorneys receive numerous hours of continuing legal education focused on title insurance and real estate annually to remain current on legal developments and be ready to provide timely and practical solutions to title issues. We offer the advantage of attorney prepared documents derived from extensive experience in commercial and high-end residential title insurance matters, combined with experienced closing personnel supported by an on-site team of real estate attorneys.

Commercial real estate closings are handled by our principal attorneys. Our attorneys have closed varied types of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale office buildings and condominium units (with and without existing tenants), simultaneous parcel assembly purchases, and bulk sales of developed lots. Our attorneys have represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in the sale and purchase of commercial real estate, and can accordingly offer our clients a comprehensive view on a given transaction.

Lynn Langowski

Our residential real estate closing are led by Lynn M. Langowski. Lynn has earned from the Florida Land Title Association the Certified Land Closer (CLC) designation, the title industry's highest achievement, and shares the firm's dedication to providing personal and responsive service. She brings to the closing table 23 years of title insurance experience in purchases, refinances, short sales, construction loans, and reverse mortgages. Lynn is also a dedicated Kiwanian, participating in numerous community events throughout the year, and was awarded Kiwanian of the Year for 2010.



Escrow and Other Closing Services

The firm also provides independent escrow services for third party exchanges of cash and documents, as well as escrow of deeds and other instruments of title in connection with installment sale arrangements. We have also served as closing and escrow agent for numerous business asset and stock sales and purchases, representing both buyers and sellers in the process. Whether or not we are representing a party in a transaction, we stand ready to effectively and efficiently close your purchase and sale.
